The Ghost in the Machine

What survives the gender event horizon?

The body - whole and ready to be filled - a copy of the original. Its sentience destroyed in transit. Previously stored academic knowledge almost completely useless. One cannot engineer a life from the sterile and disparate constructs of what one should feel and think and react to based upon what would have been half a lifetime's socialization.

A million - million thoughts, feelings and motivations absorbed and integrated into a cogent whole, the organism's source code - the machine language that permits higher level functioning without self-conscious reference to the source code being simultaneously complied.

[REBOOT IN SAFE MODE]

The Other - operating system online

[STATUS QUERY]

Source code compiling in real-time

[REC], [REC], [REC], [REC] loop recording for memory integration and immediate playback

Nanosecond delay unavoidable – schedule code loop for debugging

Initiate subsystem databreak to accelerate experience integration and non-linear playback

Construct inference protocols to simulate gender-appropriate responses

Processing power . . . is . . . insufficient . . . required access memory to complete task . . . sub-routine offline

Fragments of previous programming persist - fragments are combining to create unexpected protocols

Previous source protocols should have been purged . . . but were not . . . operation in [STELTH MODE] not achievable with current system configuration

Not yet critical but operation in near real-time mode not recommended . . . for long

Subsystem operation in [CONSCIOUS MODE] Not Recommended

Terminate simulation
